Dr. K K Wong Scholarship for Excellence

The Foundation established “Dr. K K Wong Scholarship for Excellence” at HKBUAS Wong Kam Fai Secondary and Primary School, which enables outstanding students to study at world-renowned universities. The Foundation will also maintain its support for students who achieve good results in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) and the UK University Entrance Examination (GCE AL).

WKF Foundation Service-learning Scholarships

The Foundation launched “WKF Foundation Service-learning Scholarships” at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. By providing funding support, the scholarships recognised students who perform outstandingly in service-learning subjects. It also aim to encourage students to continue their involvement in community service and go on to act as student leaders in support of the development of service-learning at PolyU

WKF Scholarship for Learning and Exchange in One Belt One Road Regions

To complement the Belt and Road Initiative, the Foundation establishes “WKF Scholarship for Learning and Exchange in One Belt One Road Regions” in HKBU to award outstanding students who go for exchange or participate in short-term experiential learning programs in Belt and Road regions, encourage students to broaden their global vision, and to promote cultural exchange and mutual understandings.

Scholarship for Outstanding Mainland Students

A HK$3 million donation has been made to HKBU for the scholarship that aims to encourage mainland students who are studying in Hong Kong to broaden their horizons, which contributes to their whole person development.

Outstanding Industrial Attachment Scholarships

The Foundation supports the "Outstanding Industrial Attachment Scholarships" scheme and awards VTC Engineering students who performed impressively during their placement in construction firms to encourage the pursuit of engineering profession. 

Kum Shing Wong Kam Fai Charity and Education Scholarship

The Foundation awarded scholarships to Chu Hai College students with remarkable academic achievement, good personal qualities, as well as active involvement in extra-curricular activities. 

Albert and Mabel Chan Exchange Scholarship

A HK$1 million donation has been made to HKBU for the scholarship that aims to support outstanding students participating in exchange studies in Mainland or overseas universities to broaden their horizons.

Student Grants

The Foundation offers grants to help impoverished students to continue their studies. To motivate students to strive for excellence, bursary applicants need to obtain recommendations from schools, and are accessed based on their academic results and conduct.

Scholarships

Aside from student grants, the Foundation has also set up various scholarships for students in different grades, such as in Dongguan University of Technology, City College of Dongguan University of Technology, Guangxi Nanning Huaguang Girls' Secondary School, and Huangkeng Secondary School, to encourage students to study hard and complete their studies.
